Peekaboo Return Policy
For Peekaboo products purchased on peekaboogendertest.com, returns may be initiated within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unopened, with cellophane wrapping fully intact. Items that are opened are not eligible for return or refund. To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number included in the email.
For Peekaboo products purchased at a retailer, please initiate returns directly through the retailer, subject to the retailer’s policy. Lab fees are fully refundable if no sample is received or if testing is inconclusive or rejected for low blood volume.
For Peekaboo products purchased on Amazon.com, please contact us directly with any concerns about product quality and our customer service team will do our best to make things right. If you simply change your mind after purchase, returns may be initiated through Amazon.
Damages or Defective Product
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Please inspect your order upon arrival, and contact us immediately at [email protected] if there’s an issue.
If your return is accepted, we may request that you return the product to us so that we may investigate the source of the problem. If necessary, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
