Our lab operates Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with results typically released between 4 and 8pm Eastern Time on the date promised (Same Business Day or Next Business Day - depending on the product purchased - for samples received by 12pm Eastern Time. Please be sure to retain your FedEx tracking information. Unfortunately, carrier delays can happen and are outside of our control.
